These terms govern the use of the finanzexperte24.com site and the analytical platform offered by Finanzexperte24 S.A. de C.V. By using the site or contracting the service, you accept its content.
1. Nature of the service
Finanzexperte24 is a technology platform for the analysis and visualisation of financial data. It is not a financial adviser, brokerage firm, credit institution or entity authorised to operate in markets. We do not offer savings, credit, insurance or investment products.
2. No guarantee of results
The platform organises and presents information. Business decisions taken on the basis of that information are your sole responsibility and that of your authorised advisers. We do not guarantee economic outcomes, margins or financial goals.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform for activities contrary to law, reverse-engineering, reselling access or uploading data without the consent of its owners.
4. Account and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Intellectual property
Rights over the software, brand and site content belong to Finanzexperte24 S.A. de C.V. The data you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Availability
We target a minimum availability of 99.5% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance which will be announced in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Finanzexperte24's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client during the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, save mandatory provisions to the contrary.
